Glossy Policies

Processing 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing order. 
  • Pre-Order Items will ship within 7-14 business days of purchase.
  • Regular business days include Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the Next business day, which is Monday morning.               
  • Shipping
  • Shipping days are Tuesday and Saturday.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You are responsible for receiving your package. 
  • In the event your package is sent back to us, you will have to pay to have your items shipped back out to you. 
  • When ordering, your shipping and billing information MUST be the same to prevent fraudulent activities. If they are different, your order will be cancelled!!

  • All items are non-refundable. 
  • Please refrain from using our products if you have sensitive skin, have an allergy to tree nuts, coconut oil, and the contents of glitter or scents. We are not responsible for an allergic reaction.
